WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

IS YOUR PRODUCT SAFE?

Yes, at Modern.Mama safety is our number one priority and is held to highest standards. Our product has been tested by independent, governing safety institutions to make sure they meet the needs of various safety standards.    

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DISHWASHER SAFE?

 Yes, all of our products are dishwasher safe on the top rack only. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MICROWAVABLE?

Yes, all of our products are microwavable.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

At this time we are not offering Wholesale pricing but we look forward to in the future. 

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET. 

We know how frustrating this can be, In an effort to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. However, tracking information is often off by a day or two. We find in 99% of these cases that the order arrives within 1-2 days of delivery notification. If package does not arrive within 1-2 days contact your local USPS to be able to find your package. 

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED 

If you received a damaged item in the mail you have 24 hours to report damages. If the damaged is caused by MODERN. MAMA, your item will be replaced in 5-7 business days. MODERN. MAMA will not replace or refund any damaged items not caused by MODERN. MAMA.
